Lunchbox Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar with Chorizo, Spinach, Garlic and Cherry tomatoes

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare the Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar shells as per the directions on the box.
  2. In a medium size frying pan sauté diced chorizo, spinach, tomatoes and garlic for about 5 minutes; set aside.
  3. Add the pan ingredients to the pot of prepared Annie's White Cheddar shells. Mix together and sprinkle with freshy grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
