Lunchbox Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar with Chorizo, Spinach, Garlic and Cherry tomatoes

- 1 box of Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar
- 2 chorizo sausages diced into cubes
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare the Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar shells as per the directions on the box.
- In a medium size frying pan sauté diced chorizo, spinach, tomatoes and garlic for about 5 minutes; set aside.
- Add the pan ingredients to the pot of prepared Annie's White Cheddar shells. Mix together and sprinkle with freshy grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
